ECSA Challenge

Challenge level provides advanced soccer players the chance to compete against equally skilled teams within a multi-county area (Onslow, Craven, Duplin, and Carteret). Team standings are kept and Seashore Soccer League teams play other teams within the East Carolina Soccer Association (ECSA). Players must participate in a pre-season tryout and be selected for a team. The tryouts are published and open to all interested players. Tryouts are typically late May and early June. Players on a team retain roster rights to a specific team. Challenge players commit to Fall and Spring seasons for their team. Season schedules follow ECSA Recreation scheduling as described above. The cost for Challenge soccer is $130.00 per player per year this covers the Fall and Spring seasons (uniforms not included). Players provide their own uniforms.

Teams belong to Seashore Soccer League, while ECSA will be the scheduling league.
